Welcome to arr66. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and arr66 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the arr66 website accessible at https://arr66.cam and all associated services, products, features, and content (collectively, the "Services").

arr66 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform primarily serving players based in Malaysia. Our Services include, but are not limited to, sports betting markets (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and international fixtures), live casino games, slot titles, instant-win games, and any promotional programmes we may offer from time to time.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the arr66 Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account you open on the arr66 Platform in accordance with Clause 4.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your Account at any given time, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed on a gaming event, sports market, or casino game through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to your Account under a promotional offer.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process that arr66 conducts in accordance with applicable regulations.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the sole transactional currency supported by the Platform.
• "Platform" means the arr66 website at https://arr66.cam, including all sub-pages, APIs, mobile-optimised views, and related digital properties operated by arr66.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual who does not satisfy the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 3.
• "Services" means all products, games, betting markets, promotions, and features accessible through the Platform.
• "Turnover Requirement" means the minimum aggregate wagering amount that must be met before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn, as specified in the applicable bonus terms.

To register and maintain an Account with arr66, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. arr66 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. We do not permit persons under the age of 21 to register, use, or access the Platform in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or be accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order issued by arr66 or any third-party responsible gambling programme.
• You must not be acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party when placing bets or engaging with the Services.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of arr66 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.

Each eligible person may hold one (1) Account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any balances held therein, and prohibition from future registration.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification);
• Date of birth;
• Valid email address;
• Contact number;
• Malaysian city or state of residence.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify arr66 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. arr66 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to secure your Account credentials.

arr66 may, at its sole discretion, require you to complete a KYC verification process before permitting deposits, withdrawals, or continued use of the Services. Supporting documents may include a government-issued identity card (MyKad), passport, or proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by arr66 may result in Account restrictions.

All transactions on the arr66 Platform are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). arr66 accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• Boost (Axiata e-wallet)
• GrabPay
• DuitNow (Bank Negara Malaysia's instant transfer system)
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange)
• Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. The maximum deposit amount per single transaction is RM30,000, subject to the limits imposed by your chosen payment method. arr66 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.

Funds deposited into your Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. arr66 may request documentary evidence confirming ownership of the payment method used.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the withdrawal section of your Account dashboard. All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless arr66 approves an alternative method in writing.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. Before any withdrawal is processed, arr66 may require you to complete or update your KYC verification. arr66 targets a processing time of under 5 minutes for most withdrawal requests; however, processing times may vary depending on banking system availability and the volume of pending requests.

• arr66 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity verification or fraud checks.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• arr66 does not charge a withdrawal fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transfer charges.
• Winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable Turnover Requirement before becoming eligible for withdrawal.

arr66 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload bonuses, VIP rewards, and other incentive programmes to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the relevant promotional offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this Clause.

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who hold a verified Account in good standing.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or device, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion. Unused Bonus Funds will expire at the end of the validity period.
• Turnover Requirements must be met before Bonus Funds or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable turnover multiplier will be stated in each promotion's terms.
• arr66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Attempts to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage betting, or the use of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses — will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and may lead to account suspension.

In the event of any conflict between the specific terms of a promotion and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that specific promotion only.

All bets placed through arr66 are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the Platform:

• A bet is confirmed only when arr66's system accepts and records it. An on-screen confirmation reference number constitutes acceptance of the bet.
• Once accepted, bets cannot be cancelled or altered by the player, except where arr66's in-play cash-out feature is available and activated by the player prior to settlement.
• arr66 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were erroneous due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human input error ("Palpable Error"). Where a void is applied, the staked amount will be returned to the player's Account.
• The minimum stake per bet is RM1. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event, and are displayed on the bet slip prior to confirmation.
• Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time at arr66's discretion, including but not limited to periods of on-field incidents, score changes, or technical disruptions.
• For Mix Parlay bets — a combination bet format popular among Malaysian football bettors — all individual selections must win for the parlay to pay out, unless a push/void condition applies to an individual leg, in which case that leg is treated as a single and the parlay is recalculated accordingly.

All casino games (live dealer, slots, and instant-win titles) are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for certified games are available upon request.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the arr66 Platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balance, and/or legal action:

• Creating or using more than one Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using stolen, borrowed, or third-party payment methods;
• Money laundering, or using the Platform to facilitate any financial crime;
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions;
• Using automated tools, bots, or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities ("bug abuse");
• Placing bets on events the outcome of which you have advance, non-public knowledge;
• Systematic arbitrage betting or matched betting designed to circumvent bonus terms or guarantee risk-free profits;
• Any conduct that arr66 reasonably determines to be dishonest, manipulative, or contrary to the spirit of fair play.

All content on the arr66 Platform — including but not limited to the arr66 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, user interface elements, software code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of arr66 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the arr66 Platform without the prior written consent of arr66.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, arr66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or the Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated profits;
• Loss of data or Account content;
• Service interruptions due to technical failures, maintenance, or third-party provider outages;
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information provided by the Platform;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. arr66 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Services.

arr66 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to players seriously. Gambling should always be an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

arr66 provides the following responsible gambling tools to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through Account settings.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds to control spending within defined periods.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion, during which they will be unable to access or use the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic notifications reminding them of time and money spent during a session.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting arr66 customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any available real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to unsatisfied Turnover Requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to KYC completion.

arr66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account without prior notice if:

• You are found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms;
• arr66 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• You fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• A government authority or regulatory body requires arr66 to do so;
• Continuation of your Account poses a risk to arr66, its other players, or third parties.

In the event of termination for cause, arr66 reserves the right to withhold any Account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. If the investigation confirms no wrongdoing attributable to the player, any remaining real-money balance will be returned within a reasonable period.

arr66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, arr66 will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address associated with their Account or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Clause 13.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. We recommend that you review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to arr66's operating jurisdiction, as specified in arr66's gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute between you and arr66 relating to these Terms or the Services, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via arr66's customer support channels. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules applicable under arr66's licence jurisdiction.

Nothing in this Clause prevents arr66 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where necessary to protect its interests or the interests of other players.
